What you get to do everyday - Manage the flow of vital documentation from other recordkeepers to Human Interest - Assist Customer Onboarding in establishing and organizing conversion plan transfer timelines - Create and maintain relationships with other recordkeepers in order to improve the conversion client experience - Accelerate the retrieval and allocation of retirement assets for new clients - QA incoming conversion documentation prior to delivery to Conversion Analyst - Assist Plan Administrators with all prior recordkeeper communication required to convert a retirement plan - Monitor existing conversion plans to ensure assets are retrieved within the agreed timeline What you bring to the role - 1+ years working in a position directly with incoming plan conversions in the retirement services sector - 3+ years of experience in a relationship management or elevated customer service role - Very strong written and verbal communication skills - A passion for process; constantly on the lookout for inefficiencies that can be improved - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time - Meticulous attention to detail - rarely making typos and noticing discrepancies that others would miss - A passion for process; constantly on the lookout for inefficiencies that can be improved - A positive attitude, a team player, and highly collaborative Please feel free to apply to this position even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements listed above. Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base pay for this position spans $21.73 - $26.45 per hour and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case.
