• Взаємодія з користувачами, стейкхолдерами та командою розробки для збору й уточнення бізнес-вимог; • Перетворення вимог у user stories, технічні задачі та іншу проєктну документацію; • Декомпозиція задач і опис логіки роботи функціональності (флоу, сценарії, edge cases); • Супровід задач у процесі розробки: участь у плануваннях, сінках та демо; • Контроль якості реалізації - від ідеї до продакшну; • Пошук можливостей для покращення користувацького досвіду та внутрішніх процесів; • Участь у роботі з інтеграціями внутрішніх і зовнішніх сервісів.
Job Requirements
- Досвід збору, опису та валідації вимог (user stories, acceptance criteria, документація)
- Вміння бачити як загальну картину продукту, так і занурюватися в деталі
- Розуміння принципів роботи веб-додатків та інтеграцій через API
- Проактивність у роботі з вимогами: не просто фіксувати, а уточнювати, доповнювати та покращувати їх разом з командою
- Хороші комунікаційні навички та вміння працювати з різними стейкхолдерами
- Практичний досвід роботи з Jira, Confluence, Postman; базові знання SQL та JSON
- Самоорганізація та відповідальність за результат.

Senior Business Systems Analysts are seasoned professionals responsible for the evaluation of an organization’s business processes and systems. Senior Analysts take a key role in facilitating communication between business users and IT teams, ensuring that high-level technology solutions align strategically with organizational goals. Essential Functions: - Take a lead role collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather and document business requirements for software development projects. - Mentor junior and mid-level analysts and provide technical guidance - Analyze and translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, ensuring alignment with project goals. - Effective communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of project requirements. - Conduct analysis of existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review story requirements and validate system functionality - Contribute to implementations, troubleshooting issues, conducting impact analysis, and recommending solutions - Review system enhancements with project stakeholders - Create flow diagrams and document technical solutions - Continuously learn and adapt to modern technologies, industry best practices, and emerging trends in business analysis and Agile methodologies. Financial Business Analyst (Remote)

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Financial Business Analyst to evaluate and monitor program-level financial processes, tools, and resources, leveraging best practices across the program. This position will be fully remote within the United States. Responsibilities - Performs economic research and studies subjects such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and financial and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements and income statements. - Prepare reports of findings and recommendations to management. - Compiles and reviews budgets for corporate or organizational units using actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports, and other data sources to control funds and provide for proper financial administration. - Prepares financial plans, monitors implementation of financial policies, prepares regular and special purpose reports, maintains historical records, analyzes trends, establishes cost rates and personnel forecasts, recommends and interprets budgetary policies and procedures, prepares comparative evaluation of actual costs against budgeted funds, and determines rationale for variances between costs and budget. - Analyzes financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making financial decisions. - Analyzes budgeting and accounting reports for the purpose of maintaining expenditure controls. - Defines and develops key performance indicators; analyzing and interpreting financial and operational performance and tracks key operational objectives and strategic initiatives to improve the efficiency and profitability of the business units. - Reviews and analyzes monthly corporate and business unit financial statements, and quarterly and annual financial data. - Provides advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparations. • Own the end-to-end configuration and implementation of ZeroRisk customer onboarding and expansion projects • Drive standardisation and repeatability across delivery • Work directly with customers to design and optimise acquirer → merchant journeys • Validate end-to-end flows • Configure ZeroRisk modules, workflows, and rules • Prepare and manage environment baselines, configuration versioning, and decision logs • Deliver solutions primarily through configuration • Define data mappings for merchant and reference data • Support data imports, validation, and reconciliation • Define and execute structured UAT processes • Create and maintain high-quality configuration documentation • Ensure structured handover to CS&MS with complete documentation, configuration clarity, and operational readiness • Manage multiple implementations concurrently
