About the Role As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building and evolving the systems that power a suite of impactful digital products. You’ll take ownership of delivering high-quality features end-to-end, working across the stack to solve meaningful, real-world problems. You’ll contribute to platform-level architecture, building core services, APIs, and integration layers that enable multiple products to scale reliably. Working closely with product and design, you’ll help define clean system boundaries and make pragmatic decisions that balance speed with long-term resilience. You’ll join a small, remote-first, product-focused team where engineers have real ownership and influence over technical direction. Key Responsibilities - Own features end-to-end, from concept through to production, including performance, reliability, and security - Balance speed and quality, making pragmatic trade-offs to support both short-term delivery and long-term scalability - Strengthen core user journeys by improving reliability, reducing friction, and supporting growth - Contribute to system design across APIs, event-driven architecture, and shared services - Build scalable, reusable backend services and clean integration layers - Maintain high engineering standards through testing, code quality, and thoughtful reviews - Mentor and support other engineers, helping unblock delivery and share context - Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design to deliver meaningful outcomes - Work autonomously while communicating clearly and surfacing risks early

- You’ll bring strong experience across several of the following areas:
- Building and shipping full stack applications in production
- Backend development (ideally Node.js / TypeScript or similar)
- Frontend development using modern frameworks (e.g. React)
- Designing and maintaining APIs and integration layers
- Working with cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, serverless, containers)
- Event-driven systems (queues, background jobs, webhooks)
- Infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, CI/CD tooling)

Responsibilities The Structural Engineer I performs structural analysis of low complexity on existing communication structures (including guyed, self-supporting, monopoles, mounts, rigging plans, rooftops, platform designs, site compounds, and their foundations). They will prepare formal, written reports detailing structural capacity and recommendations for modifications needed to increase capacity. The Structural Engineer I supports more experienced engineers in the analysis of more complex structures and in the design of modifications to existing telecommunications infrastructure. They will also assist in the review of field inspections on non-complex towers and will work with the experienced engineer to recommend remediation requirements for less complicated issues. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, validating, and preparing for production advanced cold plates, manifolds, chassis, and related structural components. You will collaborate across thermal, mechanical, materials, and manufacturing teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and manufacturable solutions for AI data-center and server applications. Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead the structural design of liquid cooling cold plates dedicated to high-power servers (CPU/GPU power ≥ 2000 W), addressing challenges related to microchannel/manifold topology, pressure resistance, and lightweight structures under high heat-flux conditions. 2.Be responsible for the design selection and failure prevention of key sealing and connection solutions in liquid cooling systems, including welded sealing, high-pressure planar seals, and vibration-resistant quick-connect fittings. 3.Lead the development and application of vacuum diffusion bonding, metal additive manufacturing (3D metal printing), and precision etching technologies suitable for high-power heat sink products. 4.Engage deeply in the Design for Manufacturability (DFM) phase, optimizing designs from the perspectives of feasibility, cost, and manufacturing yield. 5.Work closely with thermal simulation, CFD, and materials teams to translate Multiphysics simulation results (e.g., thermal stress, vibration fatigue) into structural design and process improvement measures. 6.Lead the definition and execution of reliability validation plans, including tests for structural strength, vibration and shock, high- and low-temperature cycling, and pressure pulse resistance. 7.Resolve structural, sealing, and process-related technical bottlenecks throughout the transition from prototype development to mass production, ensuring smooth product delivery.
