En Logicalis Spain buscamos un/a QA Engineer con experiencia en pruebas funcionales, validación de microservicios, plataformas cloud y soluciones basadas en IA generativa. La persona incorporada participará en entornos Agile/Scrum siendo clave en la definición de criterios de aceptación, test automatizados, análisis de regresiones y validación de agentes. Responsabilidades: - Diseñar y ejecutar planes de pruebas funcionales, de regresión y de rendimiento. - Implementar test automatizados (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium o similares) para microservicios, APIs REST y arquitecturas basadas en eventos. - Validación de microservicios, APIs REST y arquitecturas basadas en eventos. - Testing de sistemas basados en IA generativa, RAG, agentes conversacionales o workflows multiagente. - Definición de criterios de aceptación y colaboración con equipos de desarrollo. - Participar en la creación y mantenimiento de pipelines CI/CD con etapas de calidad automatizada (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). - Análisis y gestión de defectos. Requisitos: - Experiencia en testing de sistemas basados en IA generativa, RAG, agentes conversacionales o workflows multiagente. - Conocimientos de Docker, Kubernetes y entornos cloud. - Experiencia con colas de eventos y validación de flujos asincrónicos (Kafka, RabbitMQ. - Conocimientos en validación de datos, búsqueda semántica o embeddings - Conocimientos en pruebas de carga y rendimiento (Locust, JMeter). - Pensamiento analítico y atención al detalle. - Buena comunicación y trabajo en equipo. - Proactividad y orientación a la mejora continua. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Liquid Cooling Structural Design Engineer to lead mechanical and structural design efforts for liquid-cooled hardware. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, validating, and preparing for production advanced cold plates, manifolds, chassis, and related structural components. You will collaborate across thermal, mechanical, materials, and manufacturing teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and manufacturable solutions for AI data-center and server applications. Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead the structural design of liquid cooling cold plates dedicated to high-power servers (CPU/GPU power ≥ 2000 W), addressing challenges related to microchannel/manifold topology, pressure resistance, and lightweight structures under high heat-flux conditions. 2.Be responsible for the design selection and failure prevention of key sealing and connection solutions in liquid cooling systems, including welded sealing, high-pressure planar seals, and vibration-resistant quick-connect fittings. 3.Lead the development and application of vacuum diffusion bonding, metal additive manufacturing (3D metal printing), and precision etching technologies suitable for high-power heat sink products. 4.Engage deeply in the Design for Manufacturability (DFM) phase, optimizing designs from the perspectives of feasibility, cost, and manufacturing yield. 5.Work closely with thermal simulation, CFD, and materials teams to translate Multiphysics simulation results (e.g., thermal stress, vibration fatigue) into structural design and process improvement measures. 6.Lead the definition and execution of reliability validation plans, including tests for structural strength, vibration and shock, high- and low-temperature cycling, and pressure pulse resistance. 7.Resolve structural, sealing, and process-related technical bottlenecks throughout the transition from prototype development to mass production, ensuring smooth product delivery. Qualifications: 1. Education Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related disciplines. 2. Professional Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic mechanical/structural design, including at least 1 year of experience in structural design and process development for liquid cooling solutions in high-power servers, with end-to-end product mass production and delivery experience. For module lead positions, strong team management and leadership capabilities are required. 3. Core Competencies (1) Design Capability: Proficient in 3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks and CREO, with the ability to independently complete the design, detailing, and tolerance analysis of complex thin-walled parts, sheet metal components, and assemblies. (2) Manufacturing Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the principles of at least two mainstream heat sink manufacturing processes, such as brazing, welding, and metal additive manufacturing (3D printing). (3) Sealing Technology: Familiar with common sealing types (static and dynamic), sealing materials (rubber, metal, and composite materials), and failure mechanisms, with hands-on experience in sealing solution design and validation. (4) Reliability Fundamentals: Solid foundation in mechanics and thermodynamics, with the ability to understand simulation reports and engage in effective technical discussions with thermal simulation engineers.
