Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations VA to manage daily dropship order processing, EDI account maintenance, tracking, returns processing, and partner communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage high-volume transactional tasks. Key Responsibilities - Core Order Processing - Process daily EDI orders for partners such as Fanatics, Rally House, HSN, Colony Brands, and additional True Commerce partners. - Process orders for non-integrated partners (e.g., Sharper Image, QVC). - Ensure timely acknowledgments, shipping confirmations, and invoices. - Monitor system for unacknowledged or stalled orders. - Exception & Account Management - Process cancellations and quantity modifications. - Troubleshoot EDI transmission errors. - Coordinate with trading partner account managers. - Update inventory when items go out of stock. - Returns & Inventory Controls - Monitor return logs and document all returns in Business Central. - Create and transmit EDI credit memos. - Review weekly warehouse scrap logs and update inventory. - Coordinate damaged inventory removal. - Tracking & Reshipments - Maintain tracking logs daily. - Identify late shipments, delivery exceptions, or missing scans. - Initiate reshipments as needed. - Update tracking info in partner portals. - Onboarding Support - Assist in onboarding new trading partners. - Support item uploads & configuration. - Cross-train across all dropship accounts. Qualifications - Experience in EDI processing preferred. - Familiarity with True Commerce or similar platforms (advantage). - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to manage large volumes of repetitive tasks. - Excellent communication & coordination skills. - Experience with Business Central is a plus.
