• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Nebius and the value to our customers. • Own and grow your territory: maintain and deliver against a strategic plan for region/territory. • Client Engagement: Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise, positioning our AI and cloud solutions to address client-specific challenges. • Solution Selling: Demonstrate the value of AI and cloud solutions through consultative selling, product demonstrations, and presentations. • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations with C-suite executives, securing deals that meet revenue targets and contributing to long-term partnerships. • Regional Representation: Represent Nebius AI at regional and industry events, webinars, and customer meetings. • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively. • Orchestrate the deal team (SEs, Industry, Partners, CS) to deliver differentiated value proposals and business cases. • Forecast with accuracy; progress deals through the Salesforce sales process and deliver against ACV / activity targets.
Job Requirements
- Proven Experience: 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure, with a clear hunter track record.
- Passion and desire to work in a startup culture, directly impacting the growth of the company.
- Comfortable selling cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI solutions, and related technologies.
- Strong commercial acumen: value mapping, negotiation, multiyear deals, and execlevel storytelling.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and evidence of consistent growth vs. quota.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Ability to travel as needed.

• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline within K12 school districts, with a strong emphasis on funnel health, stage progression, and conversion efficiency • Drive consistent pipeline creation through disciplined outbound prospecting, including targeted outreach, conference engagement, and ecosystem development within assigned territories • Own deal execution end-to-end, with a clear focus on advancing opportunities through each stage of the funnel, from initial engagement through procurement and close • Demonstrate strong command of the K12 buying cycle, proactively navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales processes including board approvals, budget alignment, and procurement requirements • Engage and align diverse district stakeholders (Superintendents, Cabinet leaders, Finance, Student Services, and Counseling teams) ensuring momentum and consensus at each stage of the deal • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy, using data to prioritize opportunities, identify risk, and drive consistent quota attainment • Effectively map and manage decision processes within districts, including funding sources (grants, Title, state/local budgets) and timing constraints, to accelerate deal closure • Consistently meet or exceed new business targets through disciplined funnel management, strong closing capability, and effective navigation of complex public sector sales environments • Partner closely with BDRs and the broader GTM team to generate pipeline, while actively feeding back market insights, messaging gaps, and buyer signals to continuously sharpen go-to-market strategy and execution • Performs additional tasks and projects as needed to support the evolving needs of team objectives and company goals.
• Achieve and exceed all sales expectations and goals • Grow market share in designated territories • Own all stages of the sales process from prospecting to close • Uncover goals/objectives of clinic/administrative staff and align product offering as a solution to meet their needs • Deliver effective presentations to relevant stakeholders • Coordinate with Sales Leadership to ensure targets/metrics are being met or exceeded • Establish a routine customer targeting plan • Uncover new strategic opportunities with channel partners • Post-sales support • Determine key stakeholders and set up initial calls and stakeholder meetings • Support GSP navigation system deals as necessary • Performs additional tasks and projects as needed to support the evolving needs of team objectives and company goals.
