Description As a Creative Designer at Single Grain, you’ll be the driving force behind the visual identity of campaigns that reach millions. What You'll Do - Conceptualize and design creative assets for paid media campaigns (social, display, video, etc.) that grab attention and convert. - Collaborate closely with the Paid Media, Creative Strategist, and Content teams to test and iterate on creative performance. - Develop and maintain cohesive visual branding for both Single Grain and our clients. - Create static, motion, and interactive assets for ads, websites, social, and video at scale. - Support brand storytelling by designing landing pages, pitch decks, and presentation materials. - Leverage AI and new creative tools to deliver design speed and quality. - Analyze creative performance data to refine concepts and maximize engagement. - Help build out creative guidelines, templates, and scalable design systems. Requirements - 4+ years of professional design experience (agency experience preferred). - A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and high-quality execution across digital and motion. - Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma. - Experience designing performance marketing creative — especially social, short-form video, and display ads. - Strong grasp of typography, layout, and color theory. - Deep experience with motion graphics and video editing. 3D design is a plus. - Ability to interpret performance data and use it to inform design direction. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude. - A growth mindset — always experimenting, learning, and improving. The Role We’re hiring a Paid Ad Creative Designer to support paid media execution across Roveir and Roveia client accounts. This is a hands-on execution role, ideal for a strong designer who understands performance marketing and wants to specialize in high-impact ad creative. You’ll work closely with our Creative Design Lead and Performance Marketing team to produce static, motion, and video creatives used in live paid campaigns. This role is not client-facing — all direction, feedback, and priorities will come from internal team members.
