Engineer, In-building RF Design, Deployment

Communication Technology Services (CTS)

• Review and optimize existing iBwave DAS designs for carrier compliance • Refine designs to meet coverage, capacity, zoning, and venue constraints • Create and manage mobile submittal packages through final approval • Review CIQs and ensure sites are installed and cabled correctly • Coordinate with onsite System Performance Engineers (SPEs) • Commission signal sources through coordination with carriers and OEM personnel • Plan and oversee the execution of any necessary acceptance testing • Ensure measurable KPIs are met within the close-out reports

Job Requirements

  • Proven iBwave skills (Level 3 certification or equivalent)
  • In-building wireless experience with proficiency across various DAS OEMs (ADRF, Corning, CommScope, JMA, SOLiD)
  • Past experience with commissioning and optimization
  • Experience creating or reviewing mobile operator submittal packages
  • Experience working within groups using comprehensive project management tools
  • Demonstrated ability for prioritizing activities, time management and organizing work activities
  • Demonstrated project execution in multi-site programs with remote field teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • BS/BA in Engineering (or equivalent experience in RF/DAS systems)

You will be responsible for designing mockups, vectorizing logos, and producing presentation decks from their initial concept through to their final delivery. The production artist must be very collaborative and have excellent problem-solving abilities, all while maintaining consistency and the original brand look throughout the process. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES - Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different mediums - Able to give and receive constructive criticism  - In-depth experience and an established track record in artwork design and finalization, with great attention to detail - Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines  - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a dynamic range of people WHAT YOU WILL DO - Vectorizing logos, saving them to the proper file format, and crafting mock-ups for the sales team's use - Full Production-level process - Involves going into the vendor’s site and preparing artwork layouts that account for proper sizing and imprint methods, ensuring they are ready for production. - Setting type and sizing imprints on promotional products - Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations. - Pulling product templates from supplier websites to create proof. - Sending proof to customers for review and approval. - Ensuring approved orders are smoothly transitioned into the production phase and monitoring order status to prevent delays. - Communicating with internal teams and clients for revisions or suggestions. - Assessing project specifics and creating a final product that adheres to those requirements - Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.
