The Role We’re hiring a Paid Ad Creative Designer to support paid media execution across Roveir and Roveia client accounts. This is a hands-on execution role, ideal for a strong designer who understands performance marketing and wants to specialize in high-impact ad creative. You’ll work closely with our Creative Design Lead and Performance Marketing team to produce static, motion, and video creatives used in live paid campaigns. This role is not client-facing — all direction, feedback, and priorities will come from internal team members. What You’ll Do - Design static, motion, and video ad creatives for paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok - Execute creative concepts and briefs provided by the Creative Lead and performance team - Edit and format UGC-style video ads optimized for performance and platform best practices - Produce multiple creative variations for testing (hooks, headlines, visuals, formats) - Iterate on creatives based on performance insights and internal feedback - Maintain high design quality, consistency, and brand alignment across accounts - Manage multiple creative tasks in a fast-paced agency environment - Organize and deliver assets cleanly using internal tools and workflows What We’re Looking For - 1.5–3+ years of experience creating paid ad creatives (Meta & Google minimum) - Strong design skills across static ads, motion ads, and short-form video - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects / Premiere Pro preferred) - Experience editing or assembling UGC-style creatives for paid social - Familiarity with performance-driven design (hooks, CTAs, variations, testing mindset) - Ability to take feedback quickly and iterate with speed and precision - Strong attention to detail and time management - Fluent English communication (written & verbal) Nice to Have - Experience designing for B2B SaaS, B2C Tech, DTC, or Health brands - Exposure to high-volume creative testing environments - Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools - Previous agency experience working across multiple accounts What We Offer - Fully remote role with a globally distributed team - Consistent creative work across high-growth brands - Clear direction and structured feedback from senior creative leadership - Opportunity to grow into a Senior Designer or Creative Lead role over time - Performance-driven culture with high standards and strong systems Compensation $20,000 – $30,000 CAD annually (based on experience and skill level) Hiring Process We keep things straightforward and transparent: - Application Review - Design / Experience Interview - Final Interview with Senior Team Member 👉 Apply now and help us build high-performing ad creatives for fast-growing companies worldwide.
