About the Role As the second commercial hire in Norway, you will have a critical role in our market entry strategy. You will work closely with our founders and commercial team, leveraging our product, playbook, and strategy to execute locally. This is a high-impact role introducing secure, high-stakes GenAI solutions to government and enterprise clients. What You’ll Do - Generate pipeline from scratch using cold outreach, networking, and social media - Own the full sales cycle: qualify prospects, coordinate demos, manage stakeholder maps, and close contracts - Apply consultative selling frameworks to uncover high-value GenAI use cases - Collaborate with Product to advocate for localizations and market fit - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and policies impacting AI adoption Who You Are - High-achieving individual with competitive experience or early-stage startup success - Possess an entrepreneurial, builder’s mindset - You can be a recent graduate, or worked a few years within sales, founding your own company, or other exceptional achievements.
