This is not a farming role — it’s a growth role. You will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and be responsible for identifying, creating, and closing expansion opportunities across business units, geographies, and use cases. Working closely with Customer Success, you will develop and execute account plans, multithread stakeholders, and position Freepik as a strategic partner in your clients’ transformation. This is a highly strategic, outbound-driven role requiring strong ownership, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate at C-level. You will report directly to Sales leadership in the US & APAC. 🙌 The Opportunity The creative industry is undergoing a fundamental shift driven by AI. Traditional production models are being replaced by faster, scalable, and more cost-efficient workflows. Freepik is leading this transformation. This role is an opportunity to help enterprise companies rethink how they create — and to drive meaningful business impact by embedding AI-powered creativity into their workflows. 🌟 What You’ll Do - Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving expansion across all addressable revenue streams. - Build and execute strategic account plans, identifying opportunities across teams, regions, and subsidiaries. - Proactively prospect and generate pipeline within existing customers through outbound initiatives. - Apply MEDDPICC rigor, multithreading stakeholders and building strong executive relationships. - Lead value-based conversations, clearly articulating ROI and business impact. - Deliver tailored, high-impact demos aligned to customer needs and use cases. - Own the full expansion sales cycle, including strategy, negotiation, and deal execution. - Analyze customer workflows and KPIs to position Freepik as a strategic growth driver. - Partner closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to drive adoption and long-term success. 🥇 What We’re Looking For - Proven track record of exceeding targets in enterprise SaaS sales (complex accounts, 1,000+ employees). - Strong experience in account expansion, multithreading, and complex deal orchestration. - Deep understanding of MEDDPICC and value-based selling methodologies. - Strategic mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into data-driven proposals and ROI narratives. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders. - Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. - Resilient, proactive, and highly driven — with a strong ownership mentality. - Curious and adaptable, with interest in AI and creative technology. - Team-oriented and coachable, with a focus on continuous improvement.
