• We are looking for an experienced and visionary Salesforce Tech Lead to lead our Salesforce development team. • The Tech Lead will be responsible for guiding the team in building high-quality solutions, defining the technical vision, mentoring developers, and ensuring the health of our Salesforce platform. • This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for solving complex problems, acting as the bridge between the technical team and business needs.

Job Requirements

  • Over 7 years of IT experience, with most of it focused on the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong technical mastery of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC, APIs, data governance, and platform limits.
  • Hands-on experience with system architecture, design patterns, and integration strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD processes, version control (Git), and code quality tools.
  • Experience with Copado is a plus.
  • Ability to define and execute a long-term technical vision, including managing technical debt.
  • Fluent English for collaboration with global teams.

Role Description Susan G. Komen is looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect who is passionate about joining a team of architects, developers, and administrators. The Senior Salesforce Architect is a hands-on leader with a background delivering highly scalable enterprise level Salesforce applications and integrations assets. This person understands all aspects of the Salesforce.com Sales / Marketing / Health Cloud and the force.com platform. - Lead functional day-to-day operations as part of Komen's SFDC Development team. - Serve as a point of contact for Marketing and Sales to provide maintenance, configuration, reporting, and training. - Lead SFDC enhancement projects to support business needs. - Work closely with Komen’s Marketing, Sales stakeholders, and various technology teams to define and implement technical solutions using Salesforce technologies. - Deliver testing and QA of enhancements/changes to salesforce.com deployment using the enterprise sandboxes. - Manage Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, and CRM systems and administration. - Lead architecture discussions, drive technical decisions, and participate in feature development and product roadmap planning. - Deliver multiple concurrent projects and ensure Agile development best practices are adhered to. - Represent departmental SDLC and adhere to development and deployment best practices. - Passion in leading a team that brings Salesforce ideas to life. - Ensure team provides Web/Application security. - Create and enable best practices, governance measures, and patterns for custom and configured solutions on the Salesforce platform. - Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps, and applications available from 3rd parties on the Salesforce AppExchange. - Other duties as assigned, per need of organization.
