Cappta
• Administration and maintenance of cloud environments • Management of VMs, networking, security, DNS, certificates and load balancers • Troubleshooting of production environments • Support for aligning and maintaining technical PCI DSS requirements • Implementation and adjustment of cloud security controls • Management of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher) • Support for CI/CD pipelines and routine automation • Performance and availability monitoring • Automation using scripts and/or Infrastructure as Code • Technical support to internal teams, ensuring infrastructure best practices • Assist security and development teams with processes
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments
- Experience with Linux and troubleshooting
- Experience with networking, firewalls, cloud security and access control
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with critical production environments
- Knowledge of PCI DSS best practices (network security, segregation, hardening, etc.)
- Experience with monitoring and observability
- Knowledge of automation (Bash, Python, Terraform, Puppet)
- Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)

Role Description The Provider Management Analyst is responsible for verifying provider information and requests for documentation to audit claims including but not limited to itemized bills, medical records, UB04’s, HCFA’s, etc. Responsibilities include verifying patient information, provider contact information, and client information for accuracy to ensure proper delivery of requests.
