• We are hiring a Senior LLM Systems Engineer to own and improve the LLM-driven components of our oracle automation stack. • Focus on the accuracy, performance, resilience, and operational quality of the systems that use models to reason about wide ranging prediction market rules, evidence, and oracle outcomes. • Build the evaluations, observability, tooling, fallbacks, and feedback loops that make LLM behavior measurable and dependable in real-world conditions. • Improve prompts, model selection, tool usage, structured outputs, retrieval, and evaluation coverage so the system gets more decisions right over time. • Design validation, retries, fallbacks, uncertainty handling, and human review paths for ambiguous, adversarial, incomplete, or conflicting inputs. • Build datasets, regression tests, dashboards, traces, and review loops that make model quality visible and prevent repeated failures. • Help debug live issues, investigate regressions, improve runbooks, and reduce repeated operator friction.

• Own a focused portfolio of high-value enterprise opportunities from initial outreach through commercial close and long-term expansion • Build trusted relationships with sophisticated institutional counterparties, including regulated financial and market infrastructure participants • Lead commercial and technical conversations with business, product, engineering, and executive stakeholders • Translate enterprise requirements into actionable product and technical feedback for internal teams • Partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and leadership to navigate technical diligence, compliance considerations, and commercial structuring • Drive enterprise integrations from early technical scoping through launch • Help shape Risk Labs’ enterprise go-to-market strategy for prediction market infrastructure • Represent Risk Labs externally in strategic conversations, industry events, and ecosystem partnerships

• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high quality, accurate, and trustworthy outcomes across automated, client, and user-facing systems. • We're looking for a Protocol Support Manager to play a critical human-in-the-loop judgement role within various systems to ensure correctness, trust, and resolution quality at the edges of automation.

• You are the DRI for everything between raw ingestion and the clean data layer. • You own the modelling strategy and are trusted to push back when a request would compromise what we've built. • You'll audit what we have, cut what we don't need, and rebuild the rest into something clean, traceable, and maintainable. • You'll design and own our approach to data quality: what we test, how we test it, and what happens when something breaks. • You'll own the efficiency of our query and storage footprint, refactoring models and materialisation strategies to reduce unnecessary spend. • You'll build a robust event data model that gives us meaningful observability across our full product suite.

• work with the engineering team to design the infrastructure to power our products and protocols. • work with the leadership team to build out and scale our security systems and processes to protect our company, products, and protocols from attackers. • design CI/CD processes that are resilient, scalable, and useful. • create monitoring systems that track important metrics and logs in a highly legible and accessible way, while making it easy for engineers to be alerted on anomalous behaviors. • invent internal tooling to solve problems proactively, as you notice common needs and pain points.

We’re looking for a Sr. Product Manager – Protocol who thinks about interoperability as the most exciting unlock in crypto (and we agree!). You will be responsible for the core protocol and offchain infrastructure of Across’ frontier intents-based system, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and meets the evolving needs of the holistic product. As such, you will have heavy influence over the protocol’s strategic development, architecture, and the aligned integration within the broader Ethereum, L2 and L1 ecosystems. Ecosystem Collaboration: Work closely with key partners and initiatives within the Ethereum ecosystem, such as the Open Intents Framework and ERC-7683. You will be responsible for understanding and owning how these standards and frameworks should influence our protocol's evolution. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, business development, and marketing to ensure the protocol roadmap is aligned with the broader company and product objectives and market needs. Data-Informed Decisions: Gather and analyze data on protocol performance, solver behavior, and market trends to inform your product strategy and justify your roadmap decisions.
