Role Description The Provider Management Analyst is responsible for verifying provider information and requests for documentation to audit claims including but not limited to itemized bills, medical records, UB04’s, HCFA’s, etc. Responsibilities include verifying patient information, provider contact information, and client information for accuracy to ensure proper delivery of requests. • Maintain AR operations: update relationship trackers, interaction logs, and program metrics • Schedule analyst interactions end-to-end: coordinate attendees, send invites, confirm logistics across timezones • Track project timelines for white papers, quadrants, RFIs, and briefings • Wrangle GMs, PMs, and PMMs to participate in analyst briefings and inquiries • Own the prep process: ensure the right people have the right materials at the right time • Monitor analyst firm portals (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.) for deadlines, new research, and inquiry opportunities • Research and profile new analysts for relationship expansion • Track competitor mentions in analyst content and flag relevant intel • Draft routine analyst correspondence: scheduling emails, logistics, AR newsletter

• Evolve and execute an analyst relations strategy that elevates Cyera’s market presence and informs key industry conversations • Build, nurture, and manage relationships with analysts and influencers across leading firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC) and boutique advisors • Drive briefing and inquiry programs that ensure analysts have an accurate, differentiated, and compelling understanding of Cyera’s technology and business strategy • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to deliver analyst insights back into the business to inform roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market strategies • Orchestrate participation in analyst research (Waves, MQs, MarketScapes, etc.) including project management, messaging development, and response coordination • Track and report on analyst engagement outcomes, perception shifts, and program impact on pipeline, brand, and influence • Collaborate with PR and Marketing to leverage analyst content in campaigns, collateral, and field enablement

• Act as a member advocate; clearly communicating the appeal and grievance process and procedures • Manage assigned member appeals and grievance cases from documentation, investigation, and through resolution • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during final disposition • Review product and benefit designs according to regulations • Consult with subject matter experts for resolution of matters
