• Develop improvements, automations, and technical solutions to support Customer Success (CS), customer service, and logistics operations; • Contribute to the development and evolution of our internally built CRM, primarily using Python on the backend and React on the frontend; • Create, adjust, and maintain endpoints, integrations, and routines that help the team resolve issues more quickly; • Support technical investigations involving databases, APIs, logs, and system behavior; • Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Technology teams to translate operational problems into technical solutions; • Use AI daily to accelerate development, problem analysis, code creation, documentation, and task automation; • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency by proposing simple, scalable, and well-documented solutions.

• Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers, partners, and the support team. • Analyze logs, data, evidence, and system behavior to determine root causes of issues. • Support the Customer Success (CS) team with technical diagnostics, guidance, and deeper analyses. • Act as a bridge between CS, Product, and Technology teams, ensuring cases are forwarded with context, evidence, and clarity. • Identify recurring problems and propose improvements to processes, systems, and internal workflows. • Document root causes, solutions, lessons learned, and patterns identified during analyses. • Use AI daily to accelerate investigations, organize evidence, structure hypotheses, consult knowledge bases, and propose solutions or automations.

• Desenvolvimento e manutenção de consultas e scripts para acesso rápido a dados financeiros pelo time; • Automação de processos financeiros recorrentes (relatórios, conferências, consolidações); • Conciliação de recebíveis com adquirentes (cartões, gateways de pagamento); • Construção e orquestração de pipelines de dados (ETL) com Python, SQL e Databricks; • Suporte à controladoria e tesouraria com dados confiáveis e em tempo real; • Desenvolvimento de dashboards e alertas para acompanhamento de KPIs financeiros.

• Configure and optimize rules to mitigate risks during customer onboarding (KYC/KYP), using tools (identity validation, device fingerprinting, credit bureaus, etc.); • Create, adjust and monitor antifraud rules in tools such as ClearSale, Credify and internal systems; • Identify suspicious patterns and respond to alerts related to fraud attempts; • Detect atypical behaviors and handle alerts for suspicious transactions; • Monitor chargeback/dispute rates and propose improvements and corrective actions; • Balance security and user experience friction, reducing false positives without increasing risk; • Support the preparation of communications to COAF, when applicable; • Ensure compliance with Banco Central do Brasil regulations and internal policies; • Perform deep-dive analyses to identify vulnerabilities and new attack patterns.

• Structure, lead and develop the team, taking responsibility for selecting new talent, managing team morale and conducting 1:1s, continuous feedback and performance reviews; • Act as a strategic partner, negotiating scope, deadlines and priorities with stakeholders and senior leadership; • Define the technical vision and roadmap for the data platform, aligning architecture with business objectives; • Prioritize the backlog together with Product Managers, ensuring predictability and quality of deliveries; • Manage incidents and risks, coordinating war rooms and leading post-mortems with a focus on continuous improvement; • Make architecture and stack decisions, evaluating trade-offs between cost, performance and market solutions (build vs. buy); • Establish engineering standards, such as code guidelines, design reviews and reusable frameworks; • Solve complex technical challenges and perform critical code reviews on strategic projects; • Ensure governance and compliance, overseeing LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law), security and cost optimization (FinOps).
