UI/UX Designer
DOHE
• Design the complete UX for 5 portals and EdTech Hub. • Define five user personas and design user flows • Collaborate with PM on screen structure and navigation • Create Lo-Fi/Hi-Fi wireframes and interactive prototypes • Establish Design System — color, typography, icons, spacing • Design screens per portal, responsive layouts, and data visualization UIs • Hand off to frontend developers and QA implementation fidelity
Job Requirements

- Proficient with prototyping tools
- Designing B2B SaaS / Admin / platform UIs
- Complex workflow/form UI design
- Design System creation
- Design-to-frontend handoff experience
- Business-level English fluency required — daily collaboration with a global team.

• Influence and collaborate with company leadership to establish a standard of design excellence across our product ecosystem. • Lead innovation for the design of the Kueski App and mobile experiences. • Translate company vision into best practices and actionable goals, and ensure the product design team is equipped for success. • Proactively anticipate future opportunities and challenges in the realm of user experience. • Contribute to fostering a culture of excellence, maintaining velocity without sacrificing design rigor. • Collaborate in shaping Kueski’s overall product strategy based on comprehensive, trusted design research and ideation. • Drive creative ideation to enhance customer discovery, onboarding, account creation, KYC, and core transactional experiences through evidence-based insights. • Represent Kueski’s brand, mission, and values through user-centric design. • Collaborate with key partners (Research, Engineering, Leadership, Operations, Legal, Facilities, etc.) to support new and ongoing projects. • Ability to make informed decisions quickly while addressing the needs of multiple stakeholders. • Build, mentor, and lead a diverse team of world-class design practitioners. • Foster a culture of excellence, growth, and collaboration within the product design team.
This role is perfect if you're a hands-on product designer who enjoys understanding real user problems, collaborating closely with developers, and designing practical solutions that ship fast. You’ll be the company’s go-to designer—owning UX and UI from end to end. Talk to users and internal teams to understand how they really work—and where the product slows them down. Translate feedback and research into clear user flows, wireframes, and final UI designs using Figma. Create and maintain a simple design system that keeps things consistent and easy to scale. Design across web and mobile, supporting both connected and offline workflows. Work closely with engineers to make sure designs are implemented correctly and adjusted when needed. Use support feedback and usability tests to make smart, iterative improvements. Ensure the product works across screen sizes and meets WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility basics.
