Job Description
Senior UX/UI Designer (Product)
Atomic HR
This role is perfect if you're a hands-on product designer who enjoys understanding real user problems, collaborating closely with developers, and designing practical solutions that ship fast. You’ll be the company’s go-to designer—owning UX and UI from end to end. Talk to users and internal teams to understand how they really work—and where the product slows them down. Translate feedback and research into clear user flows, wireframes, and final UI designs using Figma. Create and maintain a simple design system that keeps things consistent and easy to scale. Design across web and mobile, supporting both connected and offline workflows. Work closely with engineers to make sure designs are implemented correctly and adjusted when needed. Use support feedback and usability tests to make smart, iterative improvements. Ensure the product works across screen sizes and meets WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility basics.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years experience designing complex web or mobile software, ideally SaaS or workflow tools.
- Strong UX thinking and UI craft—you enjoy both structure and detail.
- A portfolio that shows thoughtful decisions, shipped features, and product impact.
- Fluency in Figma (or similar tools) and experience maintaining a simple component library.
- Clear English communication across async and live collaboration.
- A practical mindset: you aim for clarity, speed, and iteration—not perfection for its own sake.
- Familiarity with property tech, construction, logistics, or inspections.
- Experience designing for mobile-first or offline use cases.
- Past work on lightweight AI features that simplify tasks.
- Comfortable in a small, fast-moving remote team.
Benefits
- Fully remote role with flexible hours and PTO.
- Competitive monthly USD compensation, flexible based on experience and fit. (Typical salaries for similar positions range ~$2500-4500 USD/month, flexible based on experience and fit).
- A stable, profitable company with steady growth and a clear product direction.
- Close collaboration with a technical team that cares about product quality.
- Real impact: your work reaches thousands of daily users and helps teams in the field save time and avoid mistakes.
- Interview Process
- 1️⃣ Intro Chat (30 min) – Experience & fit
- 2️⃣ Portfolio + Design Challenge (60 min) – Show how you simplify a real-world workflow
- 3️⃣ Meet Engineering (45 min) – Collaboration and handoff discussion
- 4️⃣ Final Call with Leadership (30 min) – Culture and offer conversation
