This role is perfect if you're a hands-on product designer who enjoys understanding real user problems, collaborating closely with developers, and designing practical solutions that ship fast. You’ll be the company’s go-to designer—owning UX and UI from end to end. Talk to users and internal teams to understand how they really work—and where the product slows them down. Translate feedback and research into clear user flows, wireframes, and final UI designs using Figma. Create and maintain a simple design system that keeps things consistent and easy to scale. Design across web and mobile, supporting both connected and offline workflows. Work closely with engineers to make sure designs are implemented correctly and adjusted when needed. Use support feedback and usability tests to make smart, iterative improvements. Ensure the product works across screen sizes and meets WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility basics.
