• Manage a comprehensive 26-week programme divided into planning, selection, diagnosis, and acceleration stages. • Select and manage coaches from DOHE's expert pool, encouraging collaboration to support startups’ growth and development • Work closely with coaches and industry experts to help start-ups to define and achieve their key objectives of the acceleration programme • Utilise and contribute to the 'DOHE Navigator', our bespoke data insights methodology, to guide startups towards achieving their objectives and to refine the acceleration program's process • Offer insights and expert consultancy to support ongoing success in overcoming objectives • Align the process with the EdTech hub team to cultivate a thriving ecosystem that supports the interconnection and mutual growth of all participating startups and the development of the programme • Contribute towards an on-going evaluation of the Go-Together programme

• Design overall test strategy and test cases • Execute per-portal functional tests, E2E workflow tests, permission tests • Write E2E automation tests and integrate with CI/CD • Perform API functional and performance testing • Validate AI-generated report quality — hallucination checks, matching accuracy • Verify data integrity from legacy to new system • Conduct security testing and system cutover rehearsals

• Analyze 150-200 pages of existing systems and distill them into 60-70 pages of core functionality. • Define MVP scope, manage sprints, and coordinate communication across teams. • Redefine the full Application, Diagnosis, KO, Coaching, EdTech Hub flow as a single process and write functional specs. • Design Information Architecture and Wireframes. • Define core features, manage MVP scope and backlog. • Lead 2-week sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Coordinate communication between leadership, architects, AI lead, dev team, and operations. • Write vendor RFPs, review deliverables, manage change request processes. • Analyze pilot results, define and track KPIs.

• Establish the design system on a modern framework and build the entire frontend for five portals plus EdTech Hub. • Build all 5 portals and EdTech Hub frontend from scratch • Establish a shared component library and Design System • Implement role-based access control and authentication integration • Develop complex workflow UIs — multi-step approval, coaching sessions, diagnosis questionnaires • Build AI integration screens — report viewer, expert matching, recording uploads • Create monitoring dashboards, cohort tracking, and analytics views • Design the Core APIs for the unified platform, automate end-to-end business processes with a workflow engine, and safely migrate legacy data. • Design and build core domain APIs — User, Startup, Expert Pool • Automate Application → Diagnosis → KO → Coaching workflows using a workflow engine • Design the unified DB schema with audit logging and permission middleware • Architect and execute data migration from legacy DB, CSV, and SharePoint sources • Enhance and scale the existing authentication system as the platform grows • Lead backend code reviews, establish architecture and engineering standards

• Design the complete UX for 5 portals and EdTech Hub. • Define five user personas and design user flows • Collaborate with PM on screen structure and navigation • Create Lo-Fi/Hi-Fi wireframes and interactive prototypes • Establish Design System — color, typography, icons, spacing • Design screens per portal, responsive layouts, and data visualization UIs • Hand off to frontend developers and QA implementation fidelity

• Build the end-to-end pipeline: recording → transcription → summarization → coaching report • Auto-generate Pre-Diagnosis Reports from survey responses and startup data • Design expert matching algorithms using startup profiles and diagnosis results • Architect and implement Multi-Agent systems • Fine-tune LLMs and train domain-specific models • Design prompts, build evaluation frameworks, manage model versions, and run A/B tests
