Job Responsibilities: Manage a team of Enrollment Coaches. In coordination with the Assistant Director, will set performance goals, benchmarks, and expectations for the team. Manager will ensure high team performance, provides support and resources to help meet enrollment goals, and works to resolves issues or concerns that may arise within the team. Utilizes technology to track team metrics and goals to report back to the Assistant Director. 60% Conducts team meetings, identifies process bottlenecks to improve procedures and workflows, acts as a liaison between recruitment team and various areas of Online and Continuing Education to maintain appropriate procedures and to ensure the team receives up-to-date information. 15% Responsible for providing training in processes and systems such as our CRM, SIS, and other systems used by the team. Updates and maintains training for new hires coming on board. Provides continuous coaching and professional development opportunities for the recruitment team as well as participating in their own professional development growth. 10% Works in collaboration with Online and Continuing Education's IT team to help improve and build out a successful technology infrastructure. 10% Other duties may be assigned. 5% Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience Specific Experience: Sales, recruitment or higher education.
