System Integration Project Manager – Chief Engineer
JANUS Research Group
• Lead the TraCSS System Integration and Cloud Management (SI/CM) team • Have overall responsibility for the Agile development process • Coordinate with the government customer • Provide management and leadership for the TraCSS SI/CM team • Provide knowledge in applications of Agile development, including Scrum methodology • Apply and use metrics appropriate to Agile development to projects and tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in science or engineering
- 12 years of relevant experience
- A Master's degree in science or engineering can substitute for 2 years of experience
- A PhD in science or engineering can substitute for another 2 years of experience
- Demonstrated skills in leading technical teams
- Collaborating effectively in high-availability, mission-critical environments
