Description Position: Trade Ally Manager/Field Lead- Residential Home Performance Program Overview: Develop and Manage contractor networks and field teams to ensure high-quality delivery of residential Home Performance projects, driving participation and energy savings outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, establish relationships, and support residential HVAC, insulation, and home‑performance contractors. - Conduct outreach via field visits, presentations, and contractor engagement. - Support program events and stakeholder outreach - Oversee field verification teams ensuring program compliance and installation quality. - Coordinate QA/QC inspections, remediation needs, and customer‑facing issues. - Track market conditions and contractor performance to improve program outcomes. - Collaborate with internal program leadership, operations, and marketing teams.
