We are looking for a competitive and driven Director of Sales to help us extend our already strong footprint in LATAM. Our objective is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Required: - Meet or exceed sales quota - Own sales process from start to finish for strategic accounts in assigned territory - Responsible for developing, establishing, and closing new business primarily within Duetto's named account and prospect list - Work with C-level executives to align their business needs with Duetto's solutions - Work closely with the Customer Success team to provide high-touch service and identify upsell opportunities in Duetto's customer base - Establish relationships with strategic business partners / consultants and build necessary channels for business collaboration - Build and manage a pipeline of new business and accurately forecast using Salesforce.com - Represent Duetto at industry events, conferences, seminars, hosted events and customer meetings - Perform other related duties as needed to support team and company priorities. Qualifications - 5+ years of sales experience within the technology and travel/hospitality industry - Track record of meeting or exceeding quota - Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, startup team environment - Highly motivated and results-driven - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Proficient in Salesforce.com, including sales forecasting - Remote employee with a willingness to travel up to 30% - BS/BA Degree Preferred: - Fluent in Spanish and English Speaker (Also, Portuguese is an added bonus) - Understanding of the hospitality technology landscape and hotel buyer personas

Role Description We are looking for a high-impact and experienced DSCR Loan Officer to join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial lending team to report directly to our VP of Sales. In this role, you’ll drive revenue by originating hard money loans for residential real estate investors—specifically in fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, and DSCR segments. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close while building meaningful, long-term client relationships.
