Assistant Store Manager
Dyson
• Lead flagship and department store POS and customer management system upgrade project • Conduct pre-launch systems checks and preparations • Train new program features to store staff • Troubleshoot and provide support on-site during system roll-out (HQ & store locations) • Proactively keep relevant business units informed on project progress • Coordinate hyper care period after launch to manage and resolve incidents quickly • Deliver additional training sessions as required
Job Requirements
- Hands-on retail operations experience, including POS/sales management systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and store staff
- Project management experience preferred but not required
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally for in-store support
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution
