Senior Solutions Architect (Pre-sales)
TRM Labs
Build a Safer World. TRM Labs provides blockchain analytics and AI solutions to help law enforcement and national security agencies, financial institutions, and cryptocurrency businesses detect, investigate, and disrupt crypto-related fraud and financial crime. TRM’s blockchain intelligence and AI platforms include solutions to trace the source and destination of funds, identify illicit activity, build cases, and construct an operating picture of threats. TRM is trusted by leading agencies and businesses worldwide who rely on TRM to enable a safer, more secure world for all. Team & Job Summary: As a Senior Solutions Architect at TRM Labs, you will be responsible for delivering technical excellence and strategic guidance to customer accounts while also feeding back domain expertise into the broader Solutions Architecture team. In this role, you will oversee the technical pre-sales relationship, propose business processes and technical architectures, demonstrate the TRM platform, and support clients in integrating and succeeding with our solutions. Your success will be measured by both the outcomes clients achieve with the platform and your leadership in scaling the Solutions Architect team. The impact you will have here: - Own and deliver end-to-end TRM solutions for clients, from understanding complex client requirements to designing advanced business processes, customizing the platform, integrating TRM APIs, and conducting testing and training for maximum client impact. - Act as the go-to technical consultant during discovery calls with key clients and prospects, documenting intricate technical requirements and guiding solution design. - Present TRM's APIs and architecture to clients, providing detailed guidance on implementation, timelines, and potential challenges, while ensuring alignment with their strategic goals. - Develop and maintain high-quality resources for client integrations, including API documentation, reference architectures, and implementation guides, ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience. - Cultivate strong relationships with technical stakeholders at client organizations, providing expert-level support throughout the integration process and troubleshooting any issues that arise. - Stay current with TRM’s evolving product features and technical dependencies to ensure alignment between client needs and TRM's product roadmap, advocating for enhancements when necessary. What we’re looking for: - Professional experience in pre-and post-sales roles, such as Senior Solutions Architect, Senior Sales Engineer, or Senior Customer Success Engineer. - Exceptional customer-facing skills with the ability to empathize with both technical and non-technical audiences, demonstrating how complex solutions can meet their business goals. - Proven experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to customize API-based SaaS products at scale, including implementation, testing, and launch. - Comfortable scripting in one more languages to help build PoCs for customers or prototype APIs (e.g., Python, Javascript, Typescript) - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks independently while maintaining attention to detail. - High initiative and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement, both in technical solutions and team processes. - Bonus: Previous experience in AI development is highly preferred. About the Team: - As a globally distributed team, members may observe different timezones. However, most of the team will overlap between the hours of 8am-5:00 pm EST for meetings and collaboration. - Our Solutions Architect Team is fully remote, thriving on asynchronous communication and collaboration through Slack channels and detailed documentation. We hold weekly Customer Syncs, bi-weekly health syncs, join our associated POD calls, and regularly engage with our customers. As experts in our craft, we focus on providing support, driving value, and building meaningful relationships with our customers as trusted advisors. We are on the front lines of TRM, ensuring our customers get the most out of the product and bringing valuable insights back to the team. Learn about TRM Speed in this position: - Timely Documentation: You will deliver integration documents within 1-2 days by prioritizing tasks, reusing existing content, and focusing strictly on the document's goal. - Immediate Contingency Solutions: You will resolve urgent client issues by quickly assessing the situation and providing immediate alternatives, like manually exporting critical data if a fix takes longer. Life at TRM We are building a safer world. That promise shows up in how we work every day. TRM moves quickly. We are a high velocity, high ownership team that expects clarity, follow-through, and impact. People who thrive here are energized by hard problems, experimentation, and continuous feedback. If something takes months elsewhere, it will ship here in days. Our work sits at the intersection of AI, national security, and fighting financial crime. The problems are complex, the stakes are real, and the environment evolves quickly. The pace and intensity of the work reflect the importance of the mission. As a result, the way we operate requires a high level of ownership, adaptability, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. At TRM, you should expect: - Priorities and targets to change quickly as we experiment and iterate - Work that often requires operating with a high degree of ambiguity - A high level of personal ownership and accountability - Close collaboration across teams and functions - Frequent, high-touch communication - Creative problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking - A pace that rewards urgency, adaptability, and outcomes This environment is energizing for people who enjoy building, solving hard problems, and making progress in situations that are not always fully defined. It also requires comfort navigating ambiguity, adjusting course as new information emerges, and maintaining focus and positivity in a fast-moving and intense environment. We also recognize that this style of operating is not for everyone. If you are primarily optimizing for predictability or a consistently balanced workload, we encourage you to use the interview process to pressure test whether this environment is truly the right fit. We want teammates who thrive here, not just survive here. At the same time, many people find this work deeply rewarding. If you are excited by meaningful problems, motivated by ambitious goals, and energized by working alongside mission-driven colleagues, there is a good chance you will find TRM to be an exceptional place to grow and contribute. Senior Solutions Architect, Government Partnerships
PropelHelping product companies collaborate smarter and move faster to better satisfy their customers and shareholders.
About Us Propel is on a mission to empower low-income Americans by simplifying access to government benefits with modern technology. We're a passionate team of 100 Propellers - all working to help our users get through the month, every month. About the Role We're looking for a Solutions Architect to bridge Propel's Government Partnerships team and our Product & Engineering organization - translating state partners' needs into product strategy, and then owning the delivery of that work with states. This role has the opportunity to shape the way our product evolves with deeper government partnerships and increase the value we’re able to deliver to both users and government partners. This is a hands-on IC role. You'll be the person writing the scoping doc, building the dashboard, sitting in the state meeting, configuring the campaign, and running the evaluation. You own both strategy and execution end to end. Over time, as this work scales, the role has potential to grow into a leadership position — but today we need someone who is excited about the execution. You'll work across the state partnership funnel, from early relationship-building through campaign delivery. You should be the kind of person who can walk into a meeting with a state SNAP agency, understand their operational pain points around payment error rates or portal access, walk out with a concrete plan that maps to Propel's product roadmap — and then go execute it. The role reports into our Government Partnerships team, with a dotted line to Product. Here's how you'll impact the company: - Be the product voice in state conversations. Prepare materials, present Propel's capabilities, and field technical questions from state partners directly. Translate what you learn into structured requirements and recommendations for product and engineering. - Own state campaign delivery end to end. - Define what Propel will deliver for each state engagement, write the scope-of-work, set up campaign infrastructure, monitor execution, run the evaluation, and fix what breaks. - Lean into AI-enablement to create more leverage for our partnerships work with less engineering support. - Make hands-on tradeoff decisions about when a state's needs warrant new product investment vs. existing capabilities — and when it's configuration work, do it yourself. - Feed the case management product roadmap. Synthesize patterns across engagements to surface common needs and platform gaps. Bring specific, evidence-based recommendations to PMs — not just "states want X," but "here's the pattern across three states, here's what a platform-level solution looks like, and here's the data." You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have - 5+ years bridging product/technical teams and external partners — solutions architecture, implementation/delivery leadership, technical program management, or product management in a B2G context. You should have direct experience working in or selling to state SNAP or Medicaid agencies. - Technical background – you’re comfortable getting in the weeds on how our tech stack operates to tackle questions around how we should integrate with state partners. You are comfortable reading API docs, translating technical documents for non-technical stakeholders and doing a first-draft estimate of complexity and scope for new tasks. - Familiarity with public benefits administration — SNAP, Medicaid, EBT, or adjacent programs. You understand (or can quickly learn) how state agencies work, what their incentives are, and why things like payment error rates and redetermination processes matter - The ability to operate across altitudes — presenting to a state CIO on Monday, speccing a campaign config on Tuesday, analyzing pilot results on Wednesday, drafting a SOW on Thursday - Strong product instincts — you can tell the difference between a state request that should become a platform feature and one that should stay a one-off. You know when to advocate for one-off investments because they are critical to the state pipeline, and when they should be left on the table. - Comfort with ambiguity — we're inventing a new model for how a consumer tech company partners with state agencies, and you'll be building the plane while flying it - Communication and data skills — clear writing, compelling decks, and enough SQL/analytics fluency to tell the story of a campaign's impact Bonus Points - Background in case management systems, benefits administration tech, or health plan operations - Previous experience as an engineer or technical PM - Experience with program evaluation — defining success metrics, measurement frameworks, and presenting results to government stakeholders At Propel, you'll enjoy: - Meaningful work and a strong shared sense of mission - Remote-friendly work environment with a dog-friendly office in Downtown Brooklyn. The team meets in-person for optional retreats. - 20 Days of PTO - 4% 401K match - $10k lifetime spend towards Carrot Fertility - Excellent Medical, Dental and Vision options - A strong equity package that reflects the leveling and anticipated impact of this role - Propel builds compensation bands referencing the 75th percentile of compensation for companies like us. Expected compensation for the role as scoped is $160,000 - $190,000 and will be based on how a candidate matches to our internal leveling guide. Additional Considerations: - We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team, and welcome applicants from all backgrounds and abilities. - Interview Accommodations: Propel is committed to providing reasonable accommodations throughout the interview process. If you need accommodations due to a disability or medical condition (such as additional time or accessibility support), please let us know as early as possible so we can support you appropriately. - We're currently accepting applications from the states we have an established entity, which includes California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. - Background Check Requirement: For roles with access to confidential employee or customer information, a background check may be conducted following a conditional offer. All background checks are handled in accordance with applicable laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
