You will translate company strategy into video and editorial formats that attract followers, convert subscribers, and accelerate inbound demand. With success, you’ll lay the foundation for a broader media ecosystem investment in 2027 and beyond. Here’s what we’re looking for: Your Skillset: - Exceptional editorial instincts with the ability to shape a clear, consistent, and influential brand voice across video, written, and social channels. - Strong showrunner sensibilities: A clear point of view on what breaks through, what doesn’t, and how to adapt content to platform behavior (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). - Hands-on production fluency, including pre-production planning, shoot direction, pacing, and post-production quality control. - Ability to manage and coach on-camera talent, helping creators, real estate agents, and executives deliver compelling performances. - High-quality writing skills with experience overseeing newsletters, lead magnets, research reports, OpEds, and keynote narratives. - Social media mastery, with the ability to set platform strategy, evaluate content performance, and shape channel-specific creative across short-form video and written formats. - Process- and detail-oriented, able to oversee operational tasks such as awards submissions, content calendars, derivative clipping workflows, and cross-functional content requests. - A data-informed mindset, using audience metrics, engagement patterns, and platform analytics to guide programming decisions. - Collaborative leadership style: Able to partner with Growth, Product Marketing, Creative, Community, and executives to align media output with company priorities. - High comfort level with ambiguity, able to build a new function from scratch while maintaining relentless accountability to deadlines, quality, and business results Your Experience: - 7–12 years in media, content, production, journalism, or creator-led environments. - Proven experience developing and producing video-first content, ideally YouTube or recurring show formats. - Experience managing and directing on-camera talent (creators, executives, or hosts). - A track record of shipping high-quality content on a consistent weekly cadence and leading cross-functional content calendars. - Hands-on familiarity with production workflows: scripting, shooting, editing, and packaging. - Experience creating or overseeing editorial content (newsletters, reports, scripts, OpEds, lead magnets). - Track record growing social media accounts with platform-native content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. - Experience collaborating with design, marketing, and growth teams to support broader company goals. - Demonstrated ability to build processes and systems. - A portfolio or reel that shows contemporary taste, narrative skill, and strong editorial judgment. Content & Program Ownership - Own and manage the company’s content calendar, ensuring all shows, social posts, newsletters, webinars, awards submissions, and lead magnets are planned and shipped on schedule. - Lead the creative development, production, and execution of Luxury Presence’s YouTube shows to build a substantial and loyal owned audience. - Oversee the newsletter strategy, growing reach, increasing engagement, and driving measurable pipeline impact, in partnership with a content strategist and/or freelance writer/journalist. - Oversee planning and producing webinars and event content that showcase Luxury Presence’s leadership and generate demand, in partnership with a content strategist. - Direct contributors and freelancers to ensure consistent execution across video, social, and written content. - Oversee awards submissions, speaking opportunities, and thought-leadership campaigns to position Luxury Presence as the category leader, in partnership with PR/Comms Manager. Role Description We’re looking for a Head of Talent Marketing to own and scale TRM’s talent brand through high-quality storytelling and distribution. This role sits at the intersection of content, brand, and growth—focused on turning TRM’s voice, insights, and leadership perspective into compelling narratives that attract top talent. You will operate as a high-autonomy individual contributor, responsible for both creating best-in-class content and events and ensuring it reaches the right audiences through effective distribution. This is not a coordination role—you will set the quality bar, ship quickly, and drive measurable impact. - Own end-to-end content creation: translate internal insights, policies, and happenings into head-turning campaigns that demonstrate our employer value proposition to prospective talent. - Drive distribution strategy across paid, social, events, and partnerships to reach priority talent segments, leveraging a centralized Demand Generation and Ops architecture. - Build and execute a repeatable content engine consistent with TRM’s master brand identity. - Rapidly turn ideas into shipped outputs—content, events, and campaigns within defined timelines. - Curate the right conference circuit for our engineering leadership to attend, speak and advertise at, project manage submission of white papers to secure speaking spots. - Cultivate partnerships with external engineering thought leaders and produce community meetups — including speaker panels — that position TRM as a leading voice in the space. - Measure and iterate on performance (engagement, reach, pipeline impact) to continuously improve results. Qualifications - 6–10+ years in content, brand, or growth marketing (ideally in high-growth or early-stage environments). - Proven ability to independently create high-quality content with strong narrative and voice. - Experience tailoring brand messaging to targeted audiences; experience marketing to engineering communities a plus. - Strong growth instincts and channel experience—knows how to distribute content effectively, not just create it. - High ownership and velocity—able to operate with minimal oversight and ship consistently. - Exceptional editorial judgment and taste (can distinguish great from average content). - Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and extracting insights quickly. - Experience using AI tools/agents to accelerate workflows while maintaining quality. Benefits - Work hours: Minimum 4-hour overlap with EST business hours. - Communication: async-first with synchronous check-ins as needed. Company Description TRM Labs provides blockchain analytics and AI solutions to help law enforcement and national security agencies, financial institutions, and cryptocurrency businesses detect, investigate, and disrupt crypto-related fraud and financial crime. TRM’s blockchain intelligence and AI platforms include solutions to trace the source and destination of funds, identify illicit activity, build cases, and construct an operating picture of threats. TRM is trusted by leading agencies and businesses worldwide who rely on TRM to enable a safer, more secure world for all.
