About Your Team Reporting to the Head of Data, you will act as an AI Sr. Product Manager. What You’ll Do: You will shape the direction of AI within Teachable’s product. Your responsibilities include: - Define an AI product roadmap aligned with company strategy - Identify high-impact AI opportunities across the platform - Frame AI as experience transformation, not just isolated features - Identify where Teachable’s proprietary data creates defensibility - Partner with leadership to define clear success metrics - Ensure AI initiatives are grounded in real signals and customer value, not hype You will work closely with engineering leadership to ensure AI capabilities are technically sound and scalable, and also: - Define model strategy (in-house vs external APIs vs platform tools) - Help design scalable AI-enabled product architecture - Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks - Balance speed of execution vs long-term defensibility What You’ll Bring: This role requires someone who is both strategic and deeply execution-oriented. You are: - Be deeply enthusiastic about applied AI - Have strong product intuition - Understand data systems, experimentation, and metrics - Be comfortable collaborating with engineers and technical teams - Operate effectively in ambiguity and emerging problem spaces - Think in solutions and experiences, not just features - Be capable of connecting strategy, product, and technical execution Nice to Have: - Previous experience as an AI-focused Product Manager, Applied AI Strategist, Product leader with strong data and ML exposure - English proficiency is a must have. About the Team Our Growth squad is empowered to identify, scope, design and execute solutions along our customer funnel. As a Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will be working with a talented and dedicated design, data and engineering team. You will lead them to generate meaningful commercial impact through our growth strategy.
