• Assume overall responsibility for day-to-day effective and efficient administration of the CE Provider Units and accreditation activities • Provide regularly scheduled, proactive reporting and communications to all relevant CE Provider Units as required • Attend and participate in launch meetings, completing launch meeting preparations and post-launch meeting processes • Coordinate and execute all accreditation processes related to the relevant activities and intended audiences with a goal to maximize efficiency and accountability • Identify and procure relevant and compliant-driven health care professionals to serve as CE planners, peer reviewers, and lead faculty, while understanding the goals of each project in order to appropriately delineate their respective and expected roles in activities • Facilitate, build, and manage relationships with planners, peer reviewers, and faculty so PRIME has positive relationships with the experts that support our projects • Ensure all CE projects developed and delivered by the organization are in compliance with individual accreditation criteria, the Standards for Integrity and Independence, PhRMA Guidelines, other relevant policies, and the company’s Policy and Procedures • Oversee all contracting, documentation, and payment of planners, peer reviewers and faculty to meet internal and external requirements, including review of disclosures • Review activity promotional materials developed by the company to ensure compliance with accreditation criteria as well as accuracy of faculty information, and work with tech and marketing teams to implement timely and accurate changes • Regularly monitor the company’s CE learners’ comments dashboard to identify any reports of perceived bias or conflict of interest and mitigate reports pursuant to the company’s established processes • Track, oversee and perform re-accreditation processes for each Provider Unit, including establishing plans and timelines for resource allocation, such as involving departments in collection of data or documents • Monitor accredited bodies’ requirements and ensure PRIME’s compliance if such requirements change • Proactively research and assess new accreditations and certifications PRIME should consider to support new business opportunities and maintain its position as a leading provider • Facilitate PRIME’s paid CE courses, as well as new and established accreditation partnerships
• Actively monitor daily and weekly performance across a diverse portfolio of pharma and CPG campaigns, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization. • Synthesize data from third-party measurement partners and internal datasets to evaluate a comprehensive set of performance KPIs including audience quality and script lift. • Transform raw data into compelling narratives and visualizations that demonstrate campaign ROI and health outcomes. • Act as a subject matter expert for the Sales team, answering technical questions regarding performance and helping to craft data-driven stories for client renewals and wrap-deck presentations. • Partner with various internal teams such as AdOps and Programmatic to facilitate optimal performance and measurement setups. • Support Strategic Enablement and Performance Operations in streamlining reporting workflows and automating recurring performance dashboards.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers and UX designers • Own the process by which product and feature work is prioritized, scoped, and scheduled • Define and drive the product roadmap • Serve as DRI for the quality and integrity of all apps and products • Champion the product and its users across the organization • Build and maintain close partnerships with Engineering and Marketing • Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback post-launch • Collaborate with executive leadership on annual and quarterly planning

Senior Editor, Newsletters Editorial Remote - Eastern US The Opportunity Everyday Health is looking for a Senior Editor to create content to deepen our relationships with our readers and grow traffic outside of organic search. The editor will work closely with our Audience Development and Commerce teams and be responsible for executing a newsletter strategy that inspires, educates, and converts through compelling storytelling and insights. The editor will also have proven experience crafting narratives that drive engagement and revenue while maintaining a consistent, on-brand content voice. The applicant must be a highly creative, independent editor with the ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment. The applicant must have strong communication and project management skills and should be comfortable working cross-functionally to meet project deadlines. • Pitch complete lineups for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday’s newsletters • Book and interview talent for the newsletters • Write complete drafts for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday’s newsletters, and work with the Senior Editor to incorporate feedback • Manage newsletter production process, from ideation to final upload • Pre-write for holiday newsletter editions
• Develop accurate and timely project budgets for grants/proposals and input detailed budgets into customer grant portals. • Develop key statistics, on a per-budget basis, to highlight profitable and fair market value price points. • Support the Sr. Manager, FP&A and other finance team members with timely information, facts and trending, financial modeling, and other data requests. • Use company-specific and overall market data to help drive financial decisions. • Assist and work directly with the Business Development team to develop program concept estimates. • Update internal data-tracking reports and spreadsheets on an ongoing basis. • Manage, oversee, and consistently update shared documents in collaboration with other departments. • Update weekly KPI reports sent to management and parent company. • Make recommendations to leadership with regards to where the companies’ resources are most efficiently allocated based on profitability and the labor required to complete projects. • Compile back-up documentation to assist in milestone and final reconciliations of grants. • Reconcile budgets for completed projects, in collaboration with the outcomes team, in an accurate and timely manner. • Contribute to yearly budgeting and forecasting activities at the direction of the Sr. Manager, FP&A and SVP, Finance & Operations. • Assist in tracking, updating, and amending revenue on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. • Develop and send invoices to customers; assist the Sr. Manager FP&A with A/R tracking. • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as needed.
