Role Description Self-serve sign-ups are surging, our data network is compounding, and we’re gearing up to bring Atria’s one-click cloning and AI iteration loops to millions of creatives. As the first dedicated Growth PM, you’ll architect the product-led growth (PLG) engine that turns first-time users into power-users and paying champions. Responsibilities - Data-Driven Strategy: - Leverage product and behavioral analytics to continuously refine the new-user experience (NUX), onboarding flows, and activation milestones. - Define success metrics for each funnel stage and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative insights. - Building Growth Features: - Own the end-to-end delivery of product features that drive activation, retention, and organic network effects. - User Behavior Analysis: - Conduct cohort analyses, segmentation studies, and drop-off investigations to surface friction points and high-leverage growth levers. - Translate qualitative feedback (surveys, session recordings) into actionable product improvements. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Partner with Engineering and Design to scope and ship growth experiments with rigorous tracking. - Align with Marketing on landing page copy, paid acquisition tests, and email nurture campaigns. - Work with Customer Success to identify power-user behaviors and referral opportunities. - Roadmap & Prioritization: - Rank growth opportunities by potential impact vs. effort. - Balance short-term lift experiments with longer-term platform enhancements. Qualifications - Have 4+ years in growth, product, or founder-like roles at a PLG SaaS or consumer tech company. - Love zero-to-one problem-solving, move fast with high agency, and “disagree & commit” to unblock the team. - Proven track record of running high-velocity growth experiments and driving measurable lift in SaaS metrics. - Strong analytical skills: proficient with product analytics tools. - Deep understanding of funnel metrics and PLG best practices. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear hypotheses, share learnings, and influence stakeholders. - Experience in gaming or high-growth consumer applications is strongly preferred. - Strong understanding of user funnels, gamified product experiences, and data-driven growth. Benefits - Salary: $100k – $150k USD + meaningful equity. - Comprehensive health, dental, vision. - Unlimited PTO with a genuine “take-time-off” culture. - Work with and learn from world-class growth mentors: Gaurav Vohra (Growth Leader, Superhuman and former marketing leader at ClickUp). Diversity & Inclusion Atria’s mission thrives on diverse perspectives. We’re proud to be an equal-opportunity employer and welcome applicants of every background, identity, and life experience.

Product Designer92 days ago

Role Description We are looking for a hands-on product design leader to shape Atria’s platform experience across analytics, creative workflows, and AI-powered features, while contributing to the evolution of our agentic creative product. A few things that define how we work: - AI-native workflow: We use AI tools (LLMs, code-based prototyping, generative design) as core parts of our design process. - Thinking > deliverables: We care more about the quality of product thinking than the volume of design output. - Ownership over the outcome: Designers here define what success looks like for their features. If you're the kind of designer who's excited about pushing the boundaries of how design work gets done — and you want to shape the product, not just style it — this is the role. What you'll do: - Drive product outcomes, not just design output. - Own features end-to-end: from identifying the user problem, to defining goals and success metrics, to designing, shipping, and iterating based on real performance data. - Make product decisions — not just UX recommendations. - Design for a complex, data-rich product. - Navigate complex information architecture: multi-dimensional data, cross-platform ad accounts, competitive benchmarking, and AI-generated insights. - Evolve how we design. Qualifications - 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, including 2+ years designing B2B products (portfolio required). - Strong product intuition: ability to articulate why a design decision is right. - Ability to work in complex product domains — dashboards, analytics, multi-step workflows, information-dense UIs. - Proficiency in Figma and comfort with prototyping. - Genuine curiosity about AI and a habit of experimenting with AI tools in your workflow. - Fluent English (written and spoken) as working language. Requirements - Experience in ad-tech/mar-tech or analytics-focused SaaS products. - Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in UX. - Experience in agile environments with cross-functional teams (data engineers, growth marketers). Benefits - Early-stage impact: shape the product foundation. - AI-native culture: actively experiment with how AI changes the craft of product design. - Ownership: no design-by-committee. - Competitive salary + equity. - Remote-friendly, flexible work culture.
