Role Description - Build and develop relationships with potential Clients and Partners who may have clients interested in trading multi-asset products such as Gold, Oil, FX, and Cryptocurrencies. - On-board IB’s and help them increase accounts, deposits, and revenues. - Identify and target known Money Managers and IB’s in the MENA Region. - Organically build a book of business through relationships in and outside the market targeting potential IB’s from multiple industries. - Determine customers' trading needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs. - Cross-sell retail clients who meet the IB threshold to grow their business and walk them through the client growth life cycle. - Stay up to date on market news and trends in FX, Commodities, Stocks, and Indices. - Advise on trading strategies, options, and risk management strategies. - Explain industry terms or trading practices to clients. - Attend industry and company events to source own potential clients as directed by management. - Achieve sales targets. - Contact prospective or existing customers to discuss their queries and requirements. - Develop sales presentations or proposals to explain service specifications. - Maintain customer records by using the CRM and logging communication. - Receive and follow-up on clients funding, volume, and new account activations. Qualifications - B.Sc.
