Salesforce Administrator
EBQ
• Gather client’s business requirements and transform these into technical requirements for Salesforce design • Write technical documentation for clients outlining standard operating procedures • Accurately execute training modules with EBQ customers • Audit Salesforce and provide detailed plan to optimize configuration • Identify and communicate project risks and issues in a timely manner • Effectively migrate and implement Salesforce for new organizations • Develop relationships with clients and confidently demonstrate business process expertise when advising client executives and stakeholders • Create and manage custom fields and objects, flows, record types, data validation, page layouts, and third-party integrations • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards based on client needs • Manipulate data and import into Salesforce using various ETL tools
Job Requirements
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices and data architecture
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- 1-2 years of Salesforce experience as an end-user or 6 months of experience as a Salesforce admin
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
