• Test across multiple functional areas of the product — not siloed to one module • Review user stories for completeness and push back when acceptance criteria are missing or unreasonable • Write complex stories yourself, including workflow and calculation logic, following inecta's standards • Document processes end to end: recordings, written documentation, and business context for why the solution exists • Work directly with developers, consultants, and product managers on design and technical requirements • Build and run your own demo and training plans across functional areas • Mentor and hold other QA team members accountable for story and documentation quality • Propose improvements to QA processes, standards, and tooling
Job Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance, business, MIS, computer information systems, or a related field
- Strong functional knowledge of Business Central, NAV/Navision, or similar ERP platforms
- Demonstrated experience following structured QA processes with a track record of high-quality output
- Business process knowledge spanning major functional areas (finance, inventory, production, etc.)
- Solid technical literacy — comfortable in Excel, familiar with how software systems fit together
- Excellent written and spoken English

The QA Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of multiple teams tasked with continuously improving the quality of the company’s product line by preventing, quickly detecting, and validating product and process defects, to deliver market and customer driven business results. You will evaluate test results, prepare change requests, and generate measures to assess the product quality. In this role you will work with an integrated team of developers, product managers/owners, and system analysts for test planning, test Automation and execution, and product validation. As part of the supervisor role, you will be responsible for attending Agile ceremonies and mentoring as well as being an escalation point to the quality assurance analysts/engineers on your team, approving PTO requests, assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new associates, and collecting data for the Quality Organization.
