Role Description Sous l'autorité du (de la) chef(fe) de l'unité Eau et du (de la) responsable du pôle "gestion de la qualité et zones humides", vous serez principalement chargé(e) de l'instruction de dossiers loi sur l'eau pour des projets d'aménagement et demandes de drainage. - Vous instruisez des dossiers loi sur l'eau (procédure IOTA), formulez des avis sur dossiers (études d'impact, évaluations environnementales, dossiers ICPE, cas par cas...) et effectuez des contrôles des aménagements dans le domaine du drainage et des zones humides. - Vous mettez en oeuvre le Programme de Mesures du SDAGE et du Plan d'Actions Opérationnel Territorialisé de l'Indre. - Vous apportez votre expertise pour la réalisation d'études ou d'analyses dans le domaine des zones humides principalement. - Vous contribuez et portez le dire de l'État et apportez conseil aux collectivités et porteurs de projets. - Vous avez en charge la gestion du domaine public fluvial (rivière Creuse sur environ 40 km) et délivrez les autorisations d'occupation temporaire et règlements de navigation. - En tant qu'inspecteur de l'environnement, vous participez au plan de contrôle de l'Unité, et exercez des missions de police administrative avec rédaction et suivi des différentes procédures (Rapports de Manquements Administratifs, mise en demeure, etc.) et, le cas échéant, police judiciaire pour la mise en application de la législation. - Vous viendrez également en appui ponctuel, en fonction des besoins, à la mission portée par l'Unité Eau d'animation de l'Observatoire de la Ressource en Eau (ORE) et autres missions de l'unité. - Vos missions vous placeront en étroite relation avec les collectivités, maîtres d'ouvrage avec qui vous échangerez régulièrement avec l'objectif d'aboutir au projet le moins impactant. - Vous serez amené-e à réaliser des analyses et visites sur site, afin de bien identifier les enjeux propres à chaque situation. - Vous mettrez en oeuvre les conditions pour travailler en transversalité, notamment avec d'autres services de la DDT et intervenants sur le sujet. - Vous serez directement placé sous l'autorité hiérarchique du chef(fe) de l'unité Eau et du (de la) responsable du pôle "gestion de la qualité des zones humides". - Le poste ne comprend pas de management, mais vous pouvez être amené à encadrer ponctuellement des stagiaires, apprentis ou vacataires.
