• Grow our commercial account base across Northern and Central California • Primary targets include property management companies, HOAs, commercial building owners, insurance adjusters, facility managers, and residential referral networks • Sell Roof Maxx rejuvenation treatments, roof repairs and new installations, roof coatings, and commercial HVAC servicing • Self-generation of leads is essential
Job Requirements
- Prior B2B outside sales experience is required — construction, commercial services, property management, insurance, or facilities preferred
- Existing relationships in property management, HOA management, insurance, or commercial real estate strongly preferred
- Must be a self-generator — you prospect, you call, you show up, you close
- Strong presentation and closing skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage your own pipeline and activity
- Professional communication and reliable follow-through
- Reliable transportation to cover your territory
