Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand (preferably startup or high-growth environment)
- Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement and growth
- Deep understanding of internet culture, trends, and humor
- Deeply obsessed with what makes content perform—hooks, pacing, retention, and why people keep watching
- Highly proficient in short-form video creation (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Strong editing skills and familiarity with tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar
- Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, with a natural on-screen presence when needed
- Operates with a high-output mindset, consistently creating and testing multiple pieces of content per week
- Self-starter who thrives in a scrappy, fast-paced environment.
