Job Description
Organic Social Manager (B2B)
829 Studios
We're looking for a Organic Social Manager who's a genuine dual-threat: someone who can run a corporate brand's LinkedIn presence with strategic precision while simultaneously ghostwriting for the executives behind it. This isn't a content scheduler role. You'll own the voice, the strategy, and the results for a portfolio of clients — acting as their lead strategist, writer, and trusted advisor on all things organic social. If you're energized by turning complex B2B narratives into content that actually moves people, we want to meet you. What You'll DoB2B Brand Strategy & Management - Own the day-to-day organic presence for client corporate accounts primarily across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram - Mine long-form assets like podcasts, webinars, and whitepapers and turn them into platform-native content that drives engagement - Align organic social with broader campaign moments: product launches, SEO initiatives, events, and demand gen plays - Own the full workflow: drafting, approval routing, scheduling, and publishing - Build repeatable systems for content production — not just for efficiency, but for quality at scale - Track weekly and monthly KPIs and deliver clear optimization recommendations to clients Executive Ghostwriting & Thought Leadership - Interview CEOs and founders to surface their sharpest points of view and turn them into high-performing LinkedIn and X content - Push executives past company announcements and into conversations that build real industry authority - Engage with industry voices and trending conversations to keep executive profiles alive and relevant What You'll Bring - Strategic marketing mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create the best quality version of it. - 5+ years in social media management with at least 2 years in an agency environment managing B2B clients. - Exceptional short-form writing — you can make a dense B2B topic land with a human audience without dumbing it down. - Comfortable pushing back on senior executives to draw out authentic perspectives and keep the content serving the strategy. - Hands-on with social tools (Sprout Social, Canva) and intentional about how you use AI to enhance (not replace) the creative process. - A trackable record of growing LinkedIn and/or X accounts, with specific frameworks and growth loops you can speak to. - People management or mentorship. - Experience with Google Analytics. - Experience with Adobe Suite and audio/video editing tools is a plus. - SEO knowledge and basic understanding of website software is a plus. - Ability to work within a fast-paced environment, meet client deadlines, and experience with a project management system. Benefits and Perks We Provide - Remote Workplace. You have the option to work at our office in Boston or remotely in one of these states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, ID, IL, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MO, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, SC, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, TX, UT, VA. - Paid Time Off. Receive generous paid vacation benefits that increase each year you’re with us, 12 Company Holidays, and Summer Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day. - 401K + Match. 401K plan with 4% Safe Harbor employer match after one year of employment and financial literacy services provided through our retirement provider. - Life Insurance Benefit. No-cost coverage to ensure peace of mind for your family. - Short Term Disability Benefit. We've got you covered if you need to be OOO with an illness or injury that keeps you out of work. - Healthcare. Choose from several competitive healthcare plans for you and your family with 80% employer coverage for all medical and dental premiums, 100% employer coverage for vision, and the option to participate in the FSA program. - Commuter Benefits. Allocate pre-tax funds towards your commute to save up to 40% per year in transportation expenses. - Continuing Education. Access to monthly team-led webinars, exclusive 829-cohort based learning, digital course platforms, and funding opportunities to attend national conferences and events. What We Believe At 829 Studios, we boldly embrace diversity, inclusivity, and equal opportunity. Our goal: a team rich in backgrounds, perspectives, and talents. Why?
