Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in architecture and program management, with at least 3-5 years in mission critical environment.
- Proven experience managing large, complex projects from inception to completion.
- Expertise in architectural design, systems architecture, and project lifecycle management.
- Exceptional program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, AIA, or similar).
- Experience in a specific industry sector (e.g., commercial, residential, tech, or government).
- Familiarity with cutting-edge design trends, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies.
