Job Description Internship June 1st-August 6th The People Analytics & AI Intern will help design, test, and scale AI- and data-driven solutions across HR. This role is ideal for a student interested in the intersection of people, data, technology, and the future of work. The intern will partner with People & Talent leaders, HRIS, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen decision-making, and enhance employee experience through analytics, automation, and responsible AI use. This internship offers hands-on experience working on real projects in a fast-growing global technology company, with the opportunity to build practical skills in people analytics, HR technology, and AI-enabled workflow design. Key Responsibilities - Research emerging AI and HR technology tools relevant to recruiting, talent success, employee experience, and People Operations. - Help identify HR processes that could be improved through automation or AI-enabled workflows. - Build or enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support HR decision-making. - Analyze people data to identify trends related to talent, engagement, performance, or workforce planning. - Support prototyping of AI use cases. - Document processes, organize data, and support process mapping for AI- and analytics-related initiatives. - Partner with HR team members to evaluate where AI can improve efficiency, quality, and employee experience. - Present key findings, prototypes, or recommendations to HR leadership at the conclusion of the internship. Qualifications Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field. - Candidates from HR or business programs should demonstrate strong technical coursework or project experience in analytics, automation, or AI tools. - Strong interest in HR technology, people analytics, AI, automation, and the future of work. - Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and draw clear insights. - Familiarity with Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. - Exposure to AI tools, prompt writing, automation tools, or LLM-based workflows is a plus. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity for testing new ideas. - Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams. - Good judgment and discretion when working with sensitive data.
