In unserem Direct Response Marketing Team gestaltest du aktiv mit, lernst aus erster Hand, wie skalierende Kampagnen funktionieren, und entlastest das Team durch smarte Zuarbeit. Kreativität ist nichts wert ohne Conversion. - Du entwickelst eigenverantwortlich neue Ad-Konzepte, Advertorial Konzepte, Hooks und Formate entlang der Funnel-Logik (Eugene Schwartz, Awareness Stages etc.) - Du briefst Creator:innen und Designer:innen auf Basis deiner Konzepte - Du analysierst Creative-Performance und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen und Tests ab (Creative Iterations, neue Angles, neue Funnelideen) - Du arbeitest eng mit dem Media Buying Team zusammen, um datenbasierte Learnings direkt in kreative Konzepte zu übersetzen - Du verantwortest die kreative Linie in Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube Shorts und Native Ads - Du beobachtest Wettbewerber, testest Formate und bringst neue Ideen ein, die direkt in UMSATZ resultieren Qualifications - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Direct Response Creative Strategy (idealerweise im D2C-Umfeld) - Im Bereich Funnelmarketing, macht dir niemand so schnell etwas vor - Du verstehst Menschen: Emotionen, Pain Points, Wünsche.
