The Role Contributes to the overall strategic vision of the Custom Networks organization and integrates a broad range of ideas regarding Custom Networks Analytics. Collaborate with teams across Enterprise Ops team and other business units such as finance, product, strategy and sales to establish both deployment and spend forecasting and measurement. Evaluates network architecture design, in addition to feasibility and cost studies. The team will be responsible for defined business values delivered on time and on budget, and with stable operation. Responsible for project execution over numerous projects or complex programs. Ensures solutions meet business needs. Consults and collaborates with leadership, subject matter experts, and others as needed to drive successful end-to-end delivery. Location and Schedule This position is fully remote and open to candidates residing anywhere in the United States. The expected work schedule aligns with Pacific Time zone operating hours with some flexability. The Main Responsibilities - Develops, plans and manages development and implementation activities for highly complex programs for external and internal customers to ensure success of business objectives. - Manage scope definition, stakeholder expectations, project plan, milestones and associated deliverables, project financials and business case, stakeholder relationships and deliverables. - Development and management of cross program delivery teams composed of cross-functional internal and external resources. - Assesses project plans and progress, collect, consolidate, and review status reports as needed, as well as review status with project leaders on a continuous basis. - Support end-to-end project planning, risk identification, dependency tracking, issue identification and change management on projects. - Sets and controls standards and mentors the team to improve delivery of projects on time and within budget, given scope and known risks. - Continually identifies opportunities for innovation and improvement within projects as well as across Infrastructure Shared Services. - Lead both Project Control Specialists and Project Specialist to measure EVM, CPI, SPI for each project or sites. What We Look For in a Candidate - 10+ years of relevant experience in Telecom industry (wireless, wireline, transport) - Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and experience - 5+ years’ people management experience - Experience leading multiple complex projects in the technology industry - Strong skills with MS Project Plan, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel - PMP certification preferred - Master’s preferred Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges: $129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
