Field Representative
Turning Point USA
• Travel regularly to support the launch and growth of TPUSA Communities chapters across the West; • Identify and help develop new Chapter Leaders in key cities; • Support newly launched chapters through hands-on training and follow-up; • Assist chapters with outreach, recruitment, and grassroots engagement efforts; • Ensure chapters are hosting consistent, high-quality events aligned with Communities standards; • Help plan, support, and at times directly execute events in developing markets; • Provide guidance on event logistics, promotion, and execution; • Monitor chapter health and performance, identifying areas for improvement; • Maintain consistent communication with Chapter Leaders and provide ongoing support; • Track chapter activity, events, and engagement using internal systems; • Work closely with Strategic Managers to meet national chapter and event goals; • Represent TPUSA Communities professionally at events and in the field.
Job Requirements
- Experience in grassroots organizing, community leadership, or field operations;
- Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
- High level of organization, follow-through, and accountability;
- Alignment with TPUSA’s mission and values;
- Ability to travel 45%–50% of the time;
- Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned;
- Receives and applies feedback constructively to improve performance;
- Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner;
- Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs.

• Provide direction and guidance across program operations in support of SAMHSA's 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline Awareness initiative. • Work closely with SAMHSA's 988 Communications Team, the Program Manager, and key internal stakeholders. • Lead the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans that drive the program's communications, marketing, and engagement workstreams. • Translate high-level priorities and campaign objectives into coordinated, executable work plans. • Ensure that logistics, timelines, and team activities are well-organized and aligned with SAMHSA's mission to increase awareness and utilization of 988 among individuals at risk for suicide or substance misuse. • Develop and maintain integrated work plans across task areas such as paid media campaign planning, organic digital and social media strategy, partner engagement, event planning, and performance metrics reporting. • Work closely with logistics coordinators and subject matter specialists to ensure activities are sequenced effectively and executed on schedule, while maintaining visibility into dependencies, risks, and upcoming milestones. • Support the development of campaign strategies, contributing to meeting agendas and planning documents, and providing operational planning support to inform priority digital and communications actions.
