• Responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding of new customers • Oversee the day-to-day installation activity • Act as a liaison between the customer and company operations • Communicate and document status of assigned projects • Plan overall deployment and implementation of assigned projects • Identify inefficiencies and create processes to improve upon • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Provide customer training as needed

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing or coordinating projects in an electronic security/low voltage or telecom related industry
  • Associates college degree preferred
  • Experience utilizing telecom and networking terminology
  • Medium to Advanced Smartsheet expertise
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office software tools
  • Formal Project Management education and certification are a plus but not required

Minimum Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED is required - Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred - 2 or more years of clinical research experience or equivalent experience is strongly preferred. - 1 or more years of project management experience is strongly preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and superior organizational and planning skills - Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. - Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities appropriately in an evolving work environment with shifting time frames; self-starter with high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow through. - Experience in managing confidential information and/or issues using discretion and Judgment - Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or Association of Clinical Research Professionals Certification (ACRP) - Up to 25% travel depending on business needs.
