About This Role The Sales Support & Data Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and efficiency of the sales process by managing RFPs, project documents, and Salesforce data entry. This individual is responsible for sourcing, gathering, and inputting critical sales-related project documents from FTP drives, emails, and other sources into Salesforce, ensuring that sales teams have well-organized, up-to-date information to quickly qualify opportunities. By streamlining the data collection process, maintaining CRM accuracy, and organizing project documentation, this role directly supports sales efficiency and pipeline management. This position is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and skilled at managing data workflows to optimize sales operations. This role is remote and will be responsible for the Southeast Region. Key Responsibilities - Source and gather RFPs, bid documents, and project details electronically from FTP drives, emails, and other sources. - Work with customers to ensure project data is accessible and Carrier is included in distribution - Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, categorized, and stored accurately for sales team review. If necessary, serve as the point of contact for gathering updated or missing project documents and updating sales records. - Track RFP deadlines and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely responses. - Input project details, RFPs, and sales opportunities into Salesforce, ensuring complete and accurate records. - Create and set up initial leads/opportunities in Salesforce so the sales team can quickly assess and qualify/disqualify potential deals. - Maintain clean, structured, and organized CRM records, reducing duplicate or - Work closely with sales teams to ensure project data and documentation align with their needs. - Support sales team workflow improvements, ensuring smooth access to key documents and CRM data. - Ensure compliance with internal documentation policies and CRM best practices. Basic Qualifications - High School or GED - 1+ Years of Experience in Data Entry, Sales support, or CRM administration Preferred Qualifications - Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree. - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing sales documents and data - Ability to work independently to source and compile project-related documents from multiple sources - Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and internet browsers - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms - Experience in B2B sales environments, commercial HVAC, construction, or industrial equipment industries. - Familiarity with FTP file management, bid/RFP processes, and procurement workflows. - Understanding of CRM automation and workflow optimization. - Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with sales, operations, and project teams. - Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives. - Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and presentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to influence customer's key decision-makers. Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
