They are responsible for extracting, combining, transforming, and analysing complex datasets, primarily utilising SQL Server and other data tools. They ensure data quality, develop robust reporting, and provide critical analytical support throughout the project lifecycle, enabling informed solutions for internal and external clients. Required Skills and Experience: Essential: • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role, within a consulting environment or on client-facing projects. • Strong proficiency in SQL Server for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. • Proficiency in developing reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Experience in AthenaIDX is preferred. Experience in STATA, Python or R (or similar data science tool/language); and visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is highly desired. Epic Clarity Certification (in any Clinical and/or Revenue Cycle modules) is a plus. The ability to gather information and understand the context from several sources, analyze this information to draw conclusions and make proactive recommendations to high level decision makers is essential to success.
