Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to the following. - Complete phone interviews with physicians to obtain their personal contact information and future practice desires. - Place outbound calls to physicians regarding future practice opportunities. - Inform physicians on PracticeMatch's career resources. - Receive inbound calls from physicians, hospitals, and administrators. - Work independently to meet their daily and weekly quota of phone call attempts as well as physicians interviewed. - Produce 15 phone calls per hour Qualifications Education and Training: - High school degree or equivalent work experience; sales and/or customer support preferred. - Must be currently enrolled at a college or university Knowledge, Skills, and Ability: - Superior listening skills and professional phone communication - Experience using LinkedIn. - Possesses self- motivation and assertiveness to achieve goals. - Efficient communication skills are required in order to be successful. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. - Attention to detail, as the job consists of data entry of information received from physician. Overview Job Summary The Patient Relations Specialist is responsible for patient collections when the financial responsibility falls on the patient, making financial arrangements and informing patients of all coverage options, such as Government programs or Financial CARE. Ensures reimbursement to Air Methods from patients or other responsible parties and assists patients in understanding their healthcare insurance coverage and any patient liability. Make final determinations on collectability and balances.
