Senior Front-end Developer, React

Grupo Boticário

• It is a digital product from Grupo Boticário focused on the financial journey of business partners. • Enables franchisees to perform reconciliations (sales, card payments and bank) and to manage processes such as Cash Flow and the Income Statement (DRE). • The central objective is to monitor the financial health of partner businesses through essential metrics. • You will act as the technical lead for implementing solutions of very high complexity and criticality, playing an active role in defining quality standards, performance optimization and the adoption of advanced architectures such as Micro Frontends. • High-Complexity Development and Leadership: Lead the technical implementation of high-complexity and critical features and solutions, acting as the primary hands-on executor of the squad. • Code Quality and Standards: Write clean, efficient and secure code, and act as a reference for applying best practices within the squad (informal mentorship). Ensure adequate coverage of unit, integration and regression tests for developed features. • Information Security and Compliance: Apply Information Security policies (Security by Design) throughout the development lifecycle, perform risk analyses and ensure solutions comply with internal and regulatory guidelines. • Production Support: Serve as a technical reference in supporting the product in production, leading the investigation and resolution of high-complexity incidents and problems (troubleshooting) to ensure system stability and availability. • Architecture and Micro Frontends: Serve as a reference for implementing Micro Frontends and actively collaborate with Specialists and Tech Leads in architectural planning and design. • Optimization and Performance: Conduct collection and analysis of performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and propose/implement solutions that optimize system efficiency and scalability. • Innovation and AI: Explore and implement technological innovations that add value to Finanças GB products and processes. • Mentorship and Technical Reference: Act as a technical reference for the team, actively promoting improvements in code quality, design and services (informal mentoring to Mid and Junior developers). • Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, ensuring a solid knowledge base is available for consultation and reference.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in frontend software engineering, with a track record in Senior roles.
  • Solid experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end development.
  • Solid experience programming with React, including state management, hooks, etc. Strong knowledge of Micro Frontends.
  • Deep mastery of automated testing (unit, integration and regression), SOLID principles and object-oriented design.
  • In-depth knowledge of application security (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and system hardening practices.
  • Proven track record in performance optimization and scalability of transactional applications.
  • Desirable: Experience with Module Federation and/or other web frameworks such as Angular and/or Vue.js.
  • Experience and solid knowledge in Financial processes and solutions.
