- At Scalesource, we build long-term remote teams for U.S. companies. This is an internal role. You are not supporting a client, you are helping build and scale our recruiting engine.
- We operate fast, iterate constantly, and expect execution. We use EOS with daily accountability and weekly problem-solving.
- What This Role Actually Is
- This is not an administrative or passive sourcing role.
- You are responsible for:
- Keeping pipelines clean, organized, and moving
- Filtering and qualifying candidates with speed and accuracy
- Supporting the Recruiter by ensuring nothing gets stuck
- Maintaining structure and consistency across the hiring funnel
- If you’re used to just posting jobs and waiting for applicants, this is not a fit.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Pipeline & Screening
- Review and filter inbound candidates daily
- Qualify candidates based on role requirements
- Keep pipelines active, structured, and up to date
- Execution & Volume
- Manage high-volume candidate flow without lowering standards
- Maintain fast response times and consistent follow-up
- Systems & Organization
- Maintain ATS accuracy (statuses, notes, tracking)
- Ensure every candidate is moved forward, rejected, or followed up
- Sourcing Support
- Support outbound sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards)
- Help keep pipelines consistently full
- Required Experience (Proven, Not Theoretical)
- Recruiting / Screening
- 1–3 years in sourcing, recruiting, or high-volume screening
- Experience filtering large candidate pipelines
- Systems
- Experience using an ATS or similar system
- Execution
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Ability to manage volume and stay organized
- Strong written English
