Position Summary: As a Screenvision Media Territory Development Specialist you will represent our East Division in Atlanta, GA and be responsible for selling our fully integrated cinema and digital advertising network to advertisers and their respective advertising agencies that are looking to target the hard-to-reach moviegoer audiences within their respective marketplaces. Essential Functions: - Capitalize on your consultive and collaborative marketing abilities to sell Cinema, OTT/CTV, Mobile and Digital media solutions to advertisers and their respective advertising agencies. - Develop new business through targeted and planned business development using various media, marketing, research, and data resources. - Negotiate fully integrated campaigns that air on a state-wide basis and/or multi-state basis. - Provide best-in-class customer service to build long-term partnerships with clients and agencies. - Consistently meet with clients and agencies to educate them on our latest media and marketing solutions. - Leverage marketing and research materials to educate clients on how our Cinema and Digital Networks can help grow their business and achieve KPI’s. - External champion of the company and internal participation and support to our sales division at large. What you will bring: - Global Media Ecosystem Understanding: - In-depth knowledge of the media landscape, including linear, digital, OOH, CTV, and OTT platforms. - Expertise in comparing cinema offerings against the backdrop of the current marketplace, encompassing linear, digital, and OOH alternatives. - Strategic Selling and Relationship Building: - Proven ability to sell impressions aligning with the global currency in the marketplace. - Extensive network of existing agency and client contacts, leveraged daily to drive sales. - Metrics and Measurement Proficiency: - Firm understanding of CPMs and adeptness with industry-standard measurement systems. - Utilization of standard media metrics, including CPMs, impressions, packaging, and research, in the negotiating process. - Presentation and Communication Skills: - Development of compelling presentations that effectively articulate the value proposition at both agency and client levels. - Effective communication skills with a focus on consultative selling and the ability to convey digital performance reporting. - Adaptability and Learning: - Quick learning and articulation of new products and offerings within the dynamic media landscape. - Experience and Independence: - 3+ years of experience in digital media, local TV, radio, cable, and OOH sales. - Ability to work independently from a home/remote office, with a high degree of self-motivation. - Strategic Planning and Proposal Development: - Skill in identifying emerging business categories and developing account sales strategies and proposals. - Logistics and Technology Proficiency: - Possession and maintenance of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a safe driving record. - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, with the flexibility for some required travel.
