• Drive growth of the existing customer portfolio • Support new business development in the Life Sciences sector • Identify and realize growth opportunities within existing accounts • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders • Assist in acquiring new customers • Contribute to sales strategy, market positioning, and growth initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and account management within consulting, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors
  • Proven track record in developing and expanding long-term key accounts
  • Strong sales drive with a clear focus on revenue growth and closing deals
  • Established network within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry
  • Experience in areas such as Regulatory Affairs, Research & Development (R&D), Quality, IT, or Data Management
  • Confident presence and strong communication skills
  • Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English (German at minimum negotiation level)
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Europe
